1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the institutional website (www.zekitec.com.br) or the commercial automation platform (app.zekitec.com.br), collectively referred to as the "Platform", you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Zeki's services.

2. Modification of Terms

Zeki reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice. Modifications will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately.

3. Platform Use

You agree to use Zeki only for your own lawful and commercial purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform in any way that could impair its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use data mining methods.

4. Confidentiality and Data

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Furthermore, the User declares compliance with data protection laws (e.g., LGPD) regarding their own customers' data entered into the Platform, with Zeki acting as the Data Processor.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Zeki brand, software, source code, and design are the exclusive property of Zeki. Any reproduction or modification without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Support and Availability

Zeki will make efforts to maintain a minimum availability of 95% per month. Support for technical failures is provided via ticket creation with a response within 72 business hours. Our customer service hours via WhatsApp are Monday to Friday, from 09:30 AM to 05:45 PM.
